huge disspointment for me,another case of the trailer was better then the movie. The preds in all the other movies had some personality. these had none, they were a bore. the movie was slow as hell with time wasted on weird animals the ending was wack and set for a sequal. only cool thing was mr black but they really didnt show him that much. i cant believe some of you guys dislike avp so much lol. i thought it was pretty good and had some much needed back story coming off of pred 2. anyhow heres my ranking

I caught the movie last night and I have to say it was alot better than I predicted, I like how it started off slow and picked up as it went on, I do have to agree though that the predators did not have much personality.

I really enjoyed it - it felt like it was made in the 80's and just came out now. I enjoyed the 2 types of Predators in the movie and the different little gadgets (Heartbeat Monitor, blade projectile, etc), worn trophies, and the one-dimensional characters used for fodder. The only thing I kind of groaned at was the Samurai battle and Brody saying "Do it, Kill me now"

I loved Predators. It was decent. Fun. Enjoyable. Recommended.

I saw it opening night. Overall I really enjoyed it. There were a few scenes I could have done without but overall was a fun and entertaining movie. I still like P1 and P2 better but this was a worthy sequel imho. Definately a step up from the AVP stuff. Also initially I wasn't real impressed with the new Pred designs but they have really grown on me especially the Falconer Pred.

I saw it yesterday and it was pretty cool. it wasn't like the first, but as good as predator two. as for avp and avpr. avp had better humans and avpr had better aliens and predator.
