Looking For Something

ok first thing i\'m looking for is some sort of replica hockey mask from the movie HEAT . i really like the ones DeNiro and Val wears . if anyone can find me one or knows where to get one please let me know .


and second , i was wondering if there\'s such thing as clear latex so i could get a mask made out of it ? sounds weird i know but i have a crazy idea and it might work out as good as it looks in my head .

There really isn\'t any "clear" latex but you can get some balloon gade latex that\'s opaque. Only proplem, when you start building the layers up, the less transparent it becomes.

There is a latex that is semi-transparent......it\'s more on the amber-side...

Those hockey masks are just old Cooper street hockey masks from the 80\'s. They\'re the same kind used in one of the Sleepaway Camp films. Anyway, just keep checking ebay for \'Cooper goalie mask\' or \'vintage Cooper mask\'. It\'s how I found the Cooper I turned into a Lord Humungus mask.

This is my first post and I thought I could give you some help. Your not going to find a clear latex. The only thing that I have found is the Cleartex product. This is some amazing stuff. The only down side is the price. Zeller only offers the one time sample kit, then the price jumps to $500/5 gallons. The price is about the same as a quality silicone. This stuff is also VERY toxic until cured. Good Luck.
