Just for those who want to look into it Mod Podge is available in the Crafts section of any Walmart.

There is glossy and matte though, so for the wet look you want gloss, its basicaly a clear paste, so what ever you put it on will be stiff as a board when your done, and it will soak through fabric and stick to your mask, so be advised. For mine I put the shirt on the form, applied the Mod Podge (use a foam sponge, not a brush that will leave brush stroke lines), then let it dry. I then carefully peeled the shirt off the form, so as to keep the shape of the form. Then put your mask on the form, then put the dry shirt back on the form. You may want to put another application of the Mod Podge on the out edges just to keep the shirt stick to the form. Viola!

So if it dries stiff, this would NOT be the stuff I would want to use on a wearable Manhattan shirt?

No, don\'t use Mod Podge on a shirt you intend to wear. For that I\'d use a clear bathroom caulking silicone. Just be sure that you line the inside with something so that the silicon doesn\'t soak through and bond with the silicone on the other side of shirt or sleeve! Silcone stays flexable for a few years.

There is also something called "Permawet", but I don\'t know if that would work in this case.

There are quite a few dudes on here with JTM costumes, I\'m sure they\'ll chime in.

Awesome Hockey Mask by the way! I love the JTMs when they aren\'t overly yellow!
