Ebay Question

Does any one know this ebay user badass3076I won an auction from him a week ago ,it was for a Resurrection mask..I have not heard from him all week until today,he sent me an email...The email was from his wife claiming he was in a real bad car accidentand he was in intensive care.she was going through his stuff and sawthat I had won his auction for the mask.. she say's the mask can notbe found that it must of been in the car at the time of the accident andthe car was demolished....she say's she is going to send me my money back but she has an infantat home that she has to attend to...she can't send me the money all atonce. I asked her to send me back the payment that I sent him via pay pal.she does not now how to use paypal nor she don't think there's any moneyin the account.....she is going to send my money out on friday via m.o. when she cashesher check...am I getting the old shaft or what..... pooch

dude it is such a scam! ya i can understand he could have been in an accident but id dont matter the whole thing is why would he give her the password to his ebay and if he did why did he spend the money already.

He has only had the account for less than one month, and was the buyer in 4 out of 5 of his transactions.Personally, I think it smells like BS and would file a complaint with Paypal... at least before your 45 day limit is up.

i wouldn't trust that crap story for a second . she's trying to rip you off or some dude with a bad rep is posing as her and coming up with that lame story so you don't get paid or get the mask which i doubt they even have . mike,

Hey this guy has got to be a scammer, i put some hockey masks on ebay tuesday and a few hours later i noticed a pt3 Hockey Mask that looked just like mine but it said fiberglass and he wanted $150 for it, i looked at the pic closer and by my surprise it was my Hockey Mask, my undermask, i immediatley emailed him and asked him what the hell he was doing, tolod him he was decieving the buyers and stealing from me, he messaged me back and only said sorry, changed the pic right away and a few hours after the auction ended, he also wqas only excepting money orders, he also has a dvd player and some car part for sale, heres the link if anyone wants to see it, its the pic he changed to <a href=\"http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=019&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=290120568574&rd=1&rd=1nted\" target=\"_blank\">http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...4&rd=1&rd=1nted</a> him.
