THAT is well dodgy...A: You dont ship a thing until you've recieved the mulla, and B: The grammar is suspicious.... I'd say, forget it.

eBay protects you as a seller for that. It is actually in their fair play by laws when you initial begin to sell. It says if a buyer becomes unregistered to offer the item to the next highest bidder. I would disreguard that email and sell to the next highest bidder. Report the name and email address to ebay. Any buyer from Africa now adays is scetchy. I dont sell to people out there or people that want to pay with one name and address and ship to another. Matt

He/she is definately a scammer. NEVER send anything to Nigeria. Nigeria is like the command center for all scams. Also watch out for South Africa. They use stolen credit cards, stolen bank accounts, stoeln paypal accounts. That's why this person requested that you send the item as soon as payment went through. They want you to send the merch before the payment is reversed by paypal for using a stolen credit card/account. What they do is buy goods from there and here in the U.S. They then send the goods to people asking them to sell it for them and send them a high percentage of the profits. All of this starts with stolen credit cards or bank account. They make you think it's a legit business until you get the law knocking on your door and they walk away free because nothing can be done over in Nigeria.

I'd just give it to the next bidder or relist and report his emails to ebay. I never send any thing overseas any more. I had a guy pay me through paypal, the funds cleared so I sent him his digital camera. Then in a few days he files a pay pal claim saying he never got it and the bastard got back his money and a free camera. It seemes he does this often and still manages to have an ebay account.
