The teenagers here are really outrageous. No respect really for anyone. They're are alot in this city that are ok but then there are alot more of the ignorant little sh*ts. I've had crap go on a couple times when I went on the opening night of a horror film. I just left and went to the ticket booth and told them I wasn't staying with a bunch of immature freaks. They give me a free complimentry ticket and I head home. I'll never go on opening nights anymore. Around here it doesn't even have to be an opening night. Every Friday & Sat. night something is going crazy at the mall and theatre. It's ashame for the parents that want to take their youngens to the mall and/or theatre to have a good time and can't because of all the BS. I've been at the mall a few times when the young rowdy bunch wants to start their fights and everytime the cops show up and arrest them, everyone in that part of the mall start cheering and clapping hands. It's funny to see the accused faces when that happens. They look embarrased as hell. Parents need to start monitoring their kids better and teaching them better morals.

Not sure when it's coming out over here in the UK but i wont be going t see it.It would be cool if i could meet up with many of the friends iv'e made here onthe boards who share the same passion and interests as me, all of us with thewhole theater to ourselves and watch this new Halloween movie sounds great! But apart from that you just cannot beat the comfort of your own home whenit comes to things like this. Most kids these days have no respect and are justplain LAZY and that is why most act like they do, very sad but very true!

I went to the midnight sneak preview, and it was awesome. The most distracting thing was when a WORKER at the theatre started walking around dressed up in his shitty myers outfit trying to scare people. And I don't know if the mall is the best place to see a movie. I know that here our mall is overrun by thugs, and the theatre is trashy. Last time I saw a film there was the grudge, and it was actually funny seeing all of the black folk get scared to death. One girl even asked if she could come sit next to me because she was so scared lol.I always suggest getting with a group of friends and going during the day. It's the best way to enjoy a film these days.

I guess it might be in the dollar theaters by then, though. I just wish they'd release these Halloweens closer to Hallowen. I mean, I saw part 4 in the theaters on October 30th...that makes a little more sense than Labor Day weeekend. Then a again, the last one ws released in July...I can't stand crowds at films. Nothing annoys me more than asshole teenagers (and adults) talking, getting up and milling around the theater, or the worst - talking on their goddamn cell phones. Why would you spend that kind of money to sit in a room and fiddle with your phone? No attention span...and no respect for others. I wish theaters would start painting their walls with that stuff that blocks signals...that would put the kibash on it. I just want to sit and enjoy the film I paid to see...is that so wrong? Two words: home theater. I'd almost rather sit in my 5.1 surround sound mini-theater I have set up in my home office than venture out to the movies anymore....it's just sad.Ok, I'll end my rant here.<div align=\"right\"><a href=\"index.php?act=findpost&pid=236337\"><{POST_SNAPBACK}></a></div><!--QuoteEnd</div><!--QuoteEEndCompletely right bro! Kids these days need a nice kick in the ass also haha!

yes I as well went to see the movie opening night and encountered the same issues as most of the others on the board. A couple of things that jump out at me were the cell phone usage, text messaging... someone had like a god for saken black berry or some shit in front of me that was so bright it almost burned my retna's when they turned it on during the movie. Also for some reason the african american croud at the theatre decided to engage in loud laughing spurts every other scene of the movie especially the death scenes. and I have to wonder why? And my biggest concern was Rob Zombie stealing all of these poor inocent peoples money on a horrible remake!

I went to the opening show myself at the 530 showing and my two of my younger brothers went, we decided before we went that their wasnt going to be any interuptions, since we are a combined 810 pounds of serious horror fan whoopass, we figured we could keep it quiet, at least in our surrounding area, but fortunately there were no problems, one couple did bring like 3 kids and a baby but i never heard a thing out of them at all, i actually can say this is the first time ive enjoyed watching a movie in the theater in a long time, like everyone else im use to the loud teenagers and cell phones the constant feet on the back of my seat and just all the bullshit that usually comes along with going to the theatre, guess we got lucky, im sure the later showings were not so peaceful!!

I too had a bad experience at the movie.seems as though, all the horror flicks that come out draw all the gang fucks, who imo are only bad asses when they have a group with them.and when the hell did black thugs become michael myers fans, or jason fans for that matter .About midway through the movie there was a fight in the back not to mention all the fucking talking and cell phones going off constantly.almost made me want to pull out a blade and slit every throat I came across.I will not be going to see hatchet on opening night for that very reason.

I saw the movie yesterday and thankfully everything was ok, a few laughs at the begining but nothing out of control. Only thing that stays in my head was when time goes by and Michael grows ,many people at my theater were surprised when they saw the size of the M..er F..er... they were - He is HUUUGHH, DAM THAT GUY IS BIG... yeah He was a Big MF. <img src=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"yes.gif\" />

No problems here. I went to a theatre in LA farther away from the inner city. Of the theatres I go most of the teenagers are hispanic like me. I only heard laughs when Laurie goes "was that the boogieman". But everything was A-okay. I do hate it when someone has to shout out a smart-ass remark to the dialogue in the movie.

I live in Canada and watched the Halloween Rob Zombie movie on the first night and you always seem to encounter these teenagers who can't watch a movie without acting like a 2 year old. They talk throughout the movie and laugh at nudity , swearing and death scenes. They are absolutely brain dead.I had the same problem when I watched Freddy Vs. Jason on opening night. I am not affraid to speak my mind and tell them to shup up.I have even seen parents let their brat kids run around the theater and scream while they sit like nothings happening. On another occasion one couple brought their crying baby in with them.I am 30 years old and I have zero patience for ignorance.Kids these days have zero respect for anything and they think that everybody owes them.
