    I have a rubber mallet I want to bloody it up..I want the wet look how do I do that and how can I put it on there to make it look real???????Thanks

    What I did before that made the blood look real was using the karo syrup and some burnt umber paint. If you want it to stick, put your color mixture in 5 minute epoxy instead of syrup. I've done that before with excellent results. Want chunky blood? Throw in some toilet paper with the mix. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":thumbsup:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" />

    I've always worried that the Karo would attract bugs or always be sticky?

That's why if it's going to be kept for a prop and not disposed of, I would use the 5 min epoxy.
