Not all masks were in a movie..probably from nothing. Not familiar here

If anything, to me it looks like it was inspired by Scotty's death in Evil Dead, the claymation sequance as he rots, and falls to the floor. But that's even a bit of a stretch, like Dan said, not all masks are based on movies, most mass produced stuff is just an artists original idea. Great classic mask!

There's another version of that mask named "Die Hard".
