For huge fans of Freddy Krueger (like me <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":biggrin:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"biggrin.gif\" /> ) it's very hard to imagine anyone other than Robert Englund playing the character Freddy Krueger.For me Robert Englund is the one and only "REAL" Frederick Charles Krueger.

It really depends on if he could act the part as well.

SuperTroopers and Beerfest was just as funny to me, and as much as I love Club Dread, I think the one scene that totally made that movie was when Bill Paxton is talking about Jimmy Buffett and calls him a son of a son of a bitch. yes Club Dread is one of the funniest movies i've seen and i normally don't like comedy movies . there's just so many funny lines in there . i find it funny how in the shack the pretzel is "getting" the watermelon but later on close to the end outside of the club , the watermelon reverses it lol . just look carefully in the background at the top of the screen <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":tongue:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"tongue.gif\" /> . mike,and i do have Super Troopers and just watched it lastnight but have yet to see Beerfest but plan to pick it up on Blu-Ray soon

Well he does look like Rob but isn't the whole point of the new film to be fresh and have someone totally different?For me its also hard to think that Rob will never be playing the Dream Demon ever again, its sucks realy bad but on the other hand im quite looking forward to a fresh make-over, it will never be the same of course but times change and i know and everyone else knows that Rob is Freddy Krueger and he will always be the best and never be beat!!!!
