I would like to know if it are big differences between the rated and the unrated version.The unrated version has more gore?

So yes, most likely there is more gore.

Fantastic movie i realy enjoyed it, i have the unrated version mate and theres no extra gore!! just extra talking scenes which are still good!! i prefer to have the longest cut of any movie.This is the Kevin Bacon movie right?

Often times the new scenes contain nothing that would have affected the rating but was left out for one reason or another but this makes the fi;m that's on the DVD "Unrated" even though 99% of it was considered in the ratings process. I hope that made sense.
