I hope you can get all your money back, man!Furthermore, after reading this thread last night, I ordered my first Security Key. I had no idea they were even offered....That's how "easy to browse" the Paypal site is. I had to do a search just to find a FAQ on it, and searched MUCH longer to find their order page. heh. That said, thanks to you guys for pointing out the Key's advantages. I've been waiting for some great way to protect my Paypal account, and I'm hoping this will work.Cheers,Ryan

Sorry to hear about your PayPal acct. This happened to a co-worker of mine a few months ago. She had nothing in her PayPal acct, the charges were drawn from her bank acct.A bit about the key, I ordered one of these last year when they were first introduced. You can still log into PayPal without it by using security questions, the SAME TWO security questions every time. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"rolleyes.gif\" /> The key is a good idea, but PayPal doesn't force you to use it. I've been logging into PayPal for 6+ months circumventing the security key.

Thanks for the heads up.Hopefully you can get this matter resolved and not have it not happen to you again.The internet is becoming a very dangerous place to have your personal information stolen.Some of these thieves are very smart and can make very professional looking scams.I have had many bogus emails telling me to update my account information or phoney second chance offers from eBay.You are not the first person this has happened to and these low life cowards are everywhere.
