What size head will this fit up to? Also can you cut for wearing?

Ill post the first hood tomorrow. It will run you about $95.00. As far as I know, there are not a lot of part 8 hoods available!My paint ups are getting a little better, I'm spending more time on washes and I bought a nice Iwata airbrush that makes amazing hairline marks!The hood will have this paint style ...
