I really enjoyed that video, thanks for sharing. Its interesting stuff, we'll have to wait and see what happens. I'm not too happy with Michael Bay being involved, I actually think that Rob Zombie could sink his teeth into the project and do it well as I loved his vision for Halloween. I agree with Robert Englund where he says they should make the film and the character darker and go into the back story properly and flesh it out a bit. Casting unkowns would also be a good decision. As I've said before the best Nightmare films for me are the first two because they are dark and serious films and if you keep Freddy in the dark he is a lot more creepy looking. interesting to hear what he thinks . personally i'm not for CGI unless it's used for a scenery that is not possible but if you can actually make it with props or make-up then freaking do it practical . funny thing about Robert is that right when i got home like not even 30 min. later from my trip this past weekend , i turned it onto the sci-fi channel and saw this movie called " black swarm " or something like that with Robert in it and thought it was a well made movie and i'd love to tell him that someday as i'm sure what he gets hounded about is the freddy movies but he also has a ton of other great films he's made . nice you got a chance to go out there and shoot some video . thanks for posting mike, <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":thumbsup:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" />

Great video.On G4 Attack Of The Show Robert said he would be open to a cameo part like perhaps a dream therapist in the remake.Thanks for sharing.

Thinking on from him saying changing the clothes of Freddy. Well maybe have him wear something different for the first half and how about seeing him at Christmas time with his family and someone gives him the striped sweater? Nice. So Billy Bob was just a rumor afterall. They should still use Robert. I would rather see Freddy stay the same than change. I am hoping for a FVJ 2 with Robert and Kane.

Thanks for the video! It's nice of Robert to be a good sport about this. I recall him saying in another interview that Freddy is a classic horror character now like Frankenstein or Dracula and that he will eventually be played by other people. So I guess he's prepared himself for that this was gonna happen at some point. Though I myself am not to happy about Michael Bay's involvement. He's okay at doing action movies but he really should stay away from horror. He'll just end up screwing it up in some way.
