The cheapest thing is to find someone getting rid of one. But most sculpters don't use the MM armature, and if they do they chop the nose and ears off. I know several people who just get a foam head from a beauty supply store or ebay for like 5 bucks. They take that head and mount it on a pipe mounted to a piece of wood for support and just sculpt on it. Even having the MM armature doesn't mean you'll have the proper anatomy lined up since the latex shrinks after casting.
