    1. Friday the 13th - first movie I remember watching, I was like 2 or 3, don't remember much, but I VIVIDLY remember that Jason horrified me at the end, been hooked on Fridays and horror ever since2. Texas Chainsaw Massacre (Original) - saw this not long after the original Friday, Leatherface reminded me of my neighbor, I was happy when we moved, he was one creepy motherfucker3. Pet Semetary - no need to rehash, same reason as everyone else4. Willard (Original) - saw this at a young age, and we didn't live in a nice house because my parents were young and had no money, and there were rats in the basement...I didn't like the basement back then5. Exorcist - when you're 4, that bitch is EVIL

To be honest, she still freaks me out and I feel a bit uneasy watching her in the movie but anyway...here's my list.1. The Exorcist2. Salem's Lot (Original)3. Stephen King's It4. Tales from the Darkside: The Movie (I was just a kid when this came out and while most of the movie doesn't bother me, it always scared the shit out of me when his wife turns into the gargoyle with her gargoyle kids)5. A Nightmare on Elm Street pt II: Freddy's Revenge (this was the first elm street film I had ever seen and it is what ended up getting me into this hobby in the first place. I used to think that Freddy hid in my parent's basement in this one back room that had no door and was pitch black. I just knew he was in there watching me knowing that I couldn't see him)-Joseph

These movies freaked me out as a kid, no doubt. 1. Poltergeist (that damn tree was scary lol)2. Arachnophobia (been afraid of spiders since!)3. A Nightmare on Elm Street (original)4. The Gates of Hell (Had me afraid of dying and waking up in a coffin, buried alive)5. Twilight Zone? (Some scene I remember as a kid, two people were in a car late one night, the one turns to the other, "You wanna see something really scary?" looks away, turns back with a monster face)

I really haven't been scared too much as an adult, but these were scary as F as a kid...1. TERMINATOR - I know, not really horror, but after it's blown up in the tanker and it's skin burns off, gave me hardcore nightmares as a kid. The rest of the movie wasn't scary to me, it was just for the last 10 minutes after getting blown up until it was crushed in the hydraulic compactor!2. Pet Semetary - Same reason as everyone else mentioned. Although for me, it really ONLY was Zelda that was scary!3. IT - Nothing was even remotely scary about this film except for Tim Curry as the Clown. The rest of the film is laughable. I feared getting pulled down into a gutter all fierce...lol!4. Nightmare On Elm Street 2 - The whole bus sequence at the beginning was scary as hell as a kid. Nothing else though!5. cant really think of another one!

    1. The Exorcist2. Silver Bullet3. NeverEnding Story (I know it's not horror, but, as a child, the wolf is VERY frightening! haha)4. Pet Sematary5. Blair Witch ProjectAnd 'Dolls' for a runner up.
