Sorry to hear this. Is there any recourse for you? Like comparing the weight of the box you mailed to the box that you received?Sellers can only leave positive feedback now. Makes it really easy for scammers to steal from the sellers. Why should ebay care? They got their listing and paypal fees.

This guy is selling from the UK, and his only other feedback is in another language, so chances are most people that are going to be buying from him are international/other uk people. If they don't speak or read English then how are they going to be able to tell that the feedback is negative if the actual rating is positive. I just don't see the reasoning behind this.Sorry to hear you got screwed, I'm always afraid to buy stuff online/through ebay because of this.

What happened i sold the guy who lives in france the bust , he got it and said it was damaged ,sent me pics no realy damage but anyway paypal said if he sent tracking and returned item they would grant full refund ,,i was OK with this , parcel came today and was empty ,,i rang paypal to say box had arrived empty they gave him a full refund and said it was my word against his it was empty ,,i told thme about the weights and shipping cost being no were near what it should have been ,,they told me i would have to try claiming threw paypal which over 95% of claims fail ?????????they advised me to go to police and report ,,now i,m the guilty one ??????between paypal and ebay the seller has no rights whats so ever thats why we get screwed over ,,as for leaving him feedback a seller no cannot leave neg feedback so i felt i had to write something to warn people Dave

That really sucks, I'm sorry to hear that.It is also totally ridiculous that you can't leave negative feedback as a seller. And paypal advised you to go to the police? As if that is going to accomplish anything? I don't know about the UK, but in the US I don't think they'd get around to doing anything about it in a million years...
