Microsoft Paint Question

I've been told you can make pix smaller so they can fit on the N.O. forum. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thanks for any help you can give me.

First you open up the picture in paint, then you go up to image and sketch/skew then in the horizontal and vertical section, type in about 25% for both and click OK. You just have to play around with the horizontal and vertical percentages pending on the image size and click save, and not save as.
