drew this a long time ago (yes I know it looks like Michael Turner's style, Im used his style to see if I like the way one of my characters looked...But I finally colored it. so how are these types of drawings made ? are they done on some computer program or something else ?

Its how a large majority of comic books are done today.Like I said in the original post, i purposely aped Michael Turners art style, but its caused I wanted to see how my character would look that way, and a chance to color something the way he used to. If you want details on how to paint comic style with photoshop please PM and I'll give you a more detailed explaination
