Here is the prototype i started painting. Now i have to finish painting the eyes and the teeth. The back of his head i am considering some kind of patterns like a snake or a gator, but not sure yet. Here is the piece so far. Here is the finished piece. Foam filled latex with resin teeth. I just got in some new resin that i am really happy with. Its easy to paint and looks amazing. It is smooth-on colormatch 325 with a few drops of flesh tone tinting.
