OK, so everyone was super pumped for this movie, it's finally released and no one has said a single word about it? I haven't seen it yet, going on Monday but what's wrong with you people. Did it suck that bad?

I saw it tonight. It didn't suck. There was a plot tweak that will probably send originalist snobs off the deep end but I didn't think it was bad; the plot tweak works. The only issue I had with the movie, and it is a frequent issue among modern movies is how terrible the CGI was at some points. That being said, Baker's makeup takes the gold once again. Love his work on Del Toro. The kills were nice and violent as well, well deserving of the R rating. I thought all the actors/actresses were great too. Hope everyone else enjoys it!

Went to the midnight showing Thursday night,..................I loved it.The Classic is still the classic, nothing will change that.Yeah there are some things I thought could of been different, but all in all, I thought it was a great Monster Movie.CGI was abused a little bit.The Wolfman was brutal.I went in with low expectations, and came out liking it.The Wolfman is definitely the star of the movie, no just seeing him for two minutes, and it was done well.

Wasn't a big fan of it. However, it didn't put me to sleep like a lot of modern day horror films do.On the bright side, they kept the Wolfman looking like a campy Universal Wolf-man, instead of an actual standing wolf like a lot of modern wolf-lycan type horror films do.The carnage scenes were quite well done and I imagine terrifying for youngsters.

The news about CGI transformations made me loose a bit interest in it. Might check it out eventually.

Saw it last night for a nice Valentines Day evening with the lady, definately enjoyed it. I was glad they kept to the classic make up look, with a few enhancements. I love Benicio Del Toro, I think he played the role alright. I loved the cinematography, some really nice background settings and establishing shots. The whole movie had a nice gothic feel to it. Overall, I definately thought it was worth the money. Gore usually doesn't attract me to films, but the gore in this film was very well done. First movie I have seen in a while with guts flying instead of people being hacked or sliced. I especially loved the hallucinations during the hospital sequence.-Jon
