However, if you agreed to a price, and they honored that price, and received the merchandise, it's a good sale all around.Defaming someone after a good deal, isn't what the Tyler thing was about.

This is exactly what is expected of Mario. This is exactly what I said he would do. I said he would come back here and merely try to discredit me, while not really answering to the allegations of what he has done. I give no credence to the story he is putting forth, it is patently ridiculous. I have posted the evidence. It is clear, along with his behavior, what he is like. I will, however, address 2 issues he brought up: (This time, I was in contact with a private collector for 4 years, chatting about two items he had in his collection that I was interested in. He promised me to let me know as soon as he gives them away. Finally, a few weeks ago he decided to sell them. Rich somehow found about about that and was squeezing in between me and the private collector to “act as the middleman” against my volition. They both live in the same town so he drove over and picked the items up) This is false. The collector in question simply does not like Mario, and has made it abundantly clear. He contacted ME to sell the items to, so I bought them. I was nice to give Mario a shot at the items, but Mario, of course, does not see it this way. When Mario sees something from "Friday the 13th", he believes he has first right to it, no matter what it is. This is his personality. (Well, one of the two items I bought was the Jason X machete. He offered it to me as THE hero screen matched machete for $5500. I said I can not find it on screen at that time, so it must be a back up or so. However, I wrote to him that he can still go through the DVD and let me know if he would find it.) That is correct, I told it him that it was presented to me as THE hero machete, but Mario quickly corrected me as you can all see in the emails I sent.(When I received it, I added it to my website with the description that this is a hero metal machete. What`s still the case, however it cant not be screen matched. For some reason Rich is freaking out again and is spamming all possible forums because he thinks he was ripped off.. ????) Mario pretty much says it all right here. Weather or not he ripped me off, or he listed it on his website as the HERO machete, he is still doing WRONG. When he told me that it could not be found on screen, I AGREED WITH HIM that it must be simply a back-up, which is why I lowered the price. THEREFORE, the description on his website should reflect this newly discovered fact. So why does the description also state a SPECIFIC SCENE THAT THE MACHETE WAS USED IN??? The description states that the machete was also used to "hit Jason" later in the movie. Does anyone here know of a situation where a "back-up" has a specific usage such as this?? How can anyone POSSIBLY agree with what Mario has to say when he blatenly lies about the item RIGHT ON HIS SITE??? lol. That is crazy!! (While he is posting crap on forums, he was also emailing me last night, offering another item for sale. Of course I was not responding to that guy. It seems that made him furious again Here are his 3 emails he wrote in one day. Note, I have not answered to any of them.) That is correct. I emailed him again,...and of course, I had no intention of selling him anything. I just wanted to get his attention to get a dialogue going so that he could explain to me why he felt the need to lie, either to me, or on his website in regards to the items. I have nothing to hide. Please keep in mind EXACTLY what I said Mario would do. I said he would "deflect" and that is what he did. He takes no responsibility for the action on the machete, and simply uses past circumstances (of which there aren't really any past circumstances, he is just making a mountain out of an ant hill) to deflect any possible outrage for his current behavior. Let me ask Mr. Kirner, as well as all of you here. If the machete does STILL not match on screen, as he ADMITS here, why does the description on his website STILL say that it does lol?? He might not say "screen-match", but when he lists it as being used in a specific scene, that is the same as suggesting that it is screen-matched to a specific scene. I have nothing to hide. I know the personality of this individual, and he is simply someone who cannot be trusted. He likes to use clever wording to "slip between the cracks". He's a snake. And if you all REALLY need to know what past dealing he is talking about, I will explain the REALITY here. Mario has a way of making himself look good, but the fact is, he is the aggressor in the situation. He purchased something from me for a specified amount of money. Someone, less than 24 hours later, offered me $4,000 more. I was selling ONLY because I was diagnosed with "migraine associated vertigo" (look it up, the condition is real, and is horrible. It causes 24/7 dizziness, like you got off a roller coaster). Mario would not even cover paypal fees, so I did not come back to him to give him a chance at going higher. He was NOT going to pay $4000 more on an item that I just accepted a deal on for that much less. So I accepted the offer and I refunded ALL of his money immediately. Instead of understanding that I needed the money because I had no medical insurance, he made FUN of my condition (calls me Jeckyl and hylde, give a freak'n break! That is so dis-respectful), and continues to BLAST me for MONTHS on another forum over the dealing. He lost NOTHING on the deal, and I was completely forthcoming about why I backed out. He was a little baby about it. I DID ultimately appologize for backing out, but i gave no excuses or reasons such as he claims. I only dealt with him again, because i believe in giving second chances. There is a lot about Mario you do NOT know. He was asked by not only myself, but the other collector as well NOT to contact him. as soon as he received the part 7 costume from me he immediately contacted the collector to "boast" about it. This worked AGAINST Mario but Mario sent me a smiley face email when I asked him why he did it. Mario is not the innocent person some of you are giving him credit for.I came to you with emails, and evidence. If you fall for his tactics, I cannot help you. You have been fully warned about what he has done. The evidence is fully there, and he still admits that the machete is NOT a hero and that he lied about the description. How can you back him up when he ADMITS that he lied lol??? I am amazed by this. Is this all because he has a mask that you want?? I thought values and standards come first. I know they do for me. I will never give into his "hey guys, it's your good friend Mario" nonsense. I KNOW BETTER. Rich

Mario is trying to put forth blame on me in this senerio by saying that i offered it to him as the "hero" machete, which is actually true. I was TOLD that it was the "hero", but I told Mario I do not have the film, and i have no way to verify. When Mario came back to me, he swore up and down that I was wrong. So I TRUSTED Mario, and conceded that my source must have been wrong, and that it must have been a back-up. I am not egocentric. If I am wrong, I STATE that I am wrong. Now, I do not know which Lie Mario is putting forth. Did he lie to me to simply get it cheaper or to just pull one over on me, and it IS the hero, or is he lying about the decription currently on his site?? I think he is trying to deflect here, suggesting something to the following. I'll pretend I am Mario for a moment:"hey, I got the machete from Rich and HE SAYS it's the hero so I am only going by what HE said".Nice try, but we already established that this was incorrect, and I was willing to go with Mario's assessment. So why is it that Mario is not willing to go with his OWN assessment? How, therefore, can we trust ANYTHING he says about props???
