    yeah so i\'m colorblind and i\'m making a zombie outfit for halloween cuz i\'m selling my myers get up. anyway i was wonderin if anyone could suggest a shade of acrylic paint that\'s good for blood. I only know that blood is darker than red buti dunno if maroon or burgundy were better or maybe something else? any suggestions??

    Get some red acrylic and mix it with a tiny bit of black. Make sure it\'s mixed well, so the colors blend to form one.

    Always works cool for me.

    But hes colorblind, he wont be able to tell how dark or light it is

    Well he can probably at least see shades of grey and stuff. That way he can determine how dark it is.

    Actually, blood is the exact color of red. Maybe even a little brighter red. Trust me. I\'ve been injured before. :lol:

    Blood is actually blue...

    Then when it comes out, it\'s red.

    But if it comes out in big quantities, it\'s more dark than usual.

    haha thanks for all the help guys. I\'m actually not totally colorblind persay. i just can\'t distingush shades of colors from eatchother very well. always confusing red and orange, green and brown and so on... yeah but thanks again

    blood is blue until Oxygen hits it giving it nutrients then turning red. :blink:

    and people say i dont pay attention Wink
