First Dio now this? I was a big fan a few years back , haven't listened for awhile but I still respect the band. I can't believe Paul died, this is a sad day and I wish the best for his friends, family and fellow bandmates. R.I.P. Paul

Don't know them, but what a crappy way to go out.I hate Drugs with a passion. I have lost too many friends. I don't feel sorry for him at all, but all of his friends and Family, that is who really suffers1

Sad news. This is a sighn that metal is dieing. first peter steal then dio now paul. If zakk wylde or michael angelo batio die im giving up on music all together. And may i say all the metal star deaths lately began with the great late dimebag Darrell Lance Abbott. Rip Paul do a black tooth with dime, randy,jimmy,jhon,chis olvia, janis,srv,all the greats.

It's a sad day for the family, but I can't help but say if you choose drugs, and it goes wrong, I don't really have any sympathy. If I died from doing any of the things I used to do when I was younger, I wouldn't dream of asking anyone to feel sorry for me. I struggle when I see people type things like 'it's so unfair'. It's not - you make a lifestyle choice, knowing the potential consequences. You live by the sword, you die by the sword.I'm not a slipknot fan, but I do love Moto GP, and when a rider dies in a crash, of course its not nice, but at least they died doing what they love. Again, they choose a dangerous career, knowing what can happen if they crash.Sorry if that offends anyone, but it is my view.
