keep in mind this is still just concept art . thik of how many movies you've seen the behind the scenes footage of concept art that never got used . he could look intirely different by the time it's ready for shooting .

Looks to be based on the Ultimates Cap. meh......im 50/50 with this one............for a wwII biopic the costume looks like something crafted from the 1980-1990s.......and where the hell are the wings on ears????
