Its an expensive show to put on, so the first season is probably just to garner interest so they can get the powers that be to spring a larger budget.
    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

I was lucky enough to get AMC as a free preview channel for a couple of weeks. So unfortunately I wont be able to watch the show. Hopefully they'll releave it on disc soon after it's out.

I agree! Totally awesome show! Sunday is indeed the best day of the week... Football in the afternoon... Dexter and then Walking Dead! It does suck that the first season is only 6 episodes! It's going by quick! You want to see what happens next after the end of every show! I need to DVR the entire season and have it to watch for later.. Love the effects and the acting hasn't been too bad either. Casting has been decent.. I love Michael Rooker.. etc.etc. Well done AMC!

Amazing show. My girl and I catch it every Sunday night. I am highly impressed with not only the special FX, but the storyline and realistic nature of the show. When I say realistic nature, I mean small things like being cautious to fire a gun because the sound will attract zombies, and when he fires a gun inside the tank. The fact that they made him go temporarily deaf for a moment was very smart, and probably something most film makers wouldn't have thought about.

I hope this show keeps on truckin after this first season. It's too good for us horror fans to stop after only one.
