Fed Ex Horrible! Pics Added.

i purchased a My3rs house replica and it was shipped to me by Fed Ex. i opened the box and the entire bottom part of the house was destroyed along with the right side A-frame that is used to support the roof. like an idiot i repaired the damage myself. the shipper told me it was covered up to $250. i went threw all their procedures and BS and they inspected it and found no damage to the house. yes i am aware, because i fixed it and told them that i did. so, i said ok i guess i will just have to accept the damage that was done but at least it was repaired, by me. well, i opened the box and guess what? smashed again by these Fed Ex morons. so now i have another repair on my hands. this box was marked extremely fragile on all sides and these idiots still destroyed my house. when i called them they told me that they do not cover doll houses and i should contact the shipper for refund on the damage. i told them, how is he responsible for what you people did...... twice? they gave me the run around and never called me back. this post is to let all my NO friends know that Fed Ex is a joke and to always use the USPS when shipping because this company is nothing short of a pack of retarded monkeys wrestling over a football. if i can stop them from screwing over one of my NO brothers or sisters it is worth it.

Sorry to hear about this Mike. I remember when you told me it first happened but twice come on. Something should definitely be done. I never ship with Fedex its always UPS or USPS. I hope you can fix it up just as good this time.

I'm actually waiting on several things now and was thinking about having them sent via FedEx since Canada Post is having a nation wide strike. Hmmmm.....4 of the items should be fine but one is a resin bust so I may have to rethink that... or simply wait until the strike is over.

Hope you can fix the second one.

Sorry to hear Mike, sadly USPS is just as bad these days. They lost 2 of my packages in 1 month. It's like Russian roulette anytime someone sends me something in the mail.

That sucks! Thanks for the warning. Our Postal workers are on strike here in Canada, so i was going to use FedEx as the alternative. UPS it is.

I agree that the USPS is faulty, but the difference, in my opinion, is that usps is run by overpaid government workers who have no incentive to do better. They mess up because government - by definition - is faulty. Most gov't run biz are like this...hence why we all hate standing in line at the BMV.

However, private businesses - ran under the free market concept - should work in the interest of maintaining its customers. Government ultimately doesn't care because they're paid through taxes anyways.

FED EX, however, is just a horribly-run private business. There's no excuse for a private biz to treat its customers so poorly.
