    just in case this helps you guys make it, i thought i would share what i did.

    make a regular mask stand, but instead of putting a ball on the top, drill a hole in the top of the shaft, where the ball would go, big enough for 5 pieces of a coathanger to fit in, that is what made the posable hand. got a hollow latex hand off ebay, a red sweater from a thrift store and put it all together.

    Just bought a skinned right arm from halloweenstore.com.. I'll see how it looks when I get it, but I might leave it as is and "burn" it up a bit. If that doesn't look right, I can always put on a sweater. Have everything else I needs.. so we'll see how it turns out! I'll post pics when I'm done!
