In halloween myers did get taller, he was like 5\'10 in halloween 1 and 2, and from halloween 4 and up he was 6\'2, 6\'4

Michael has never been 6\'4"
Everyone from Halloween 4 and up who has played him has been
6\'2", in H1 and H2 he was only about 5\'9"
