Amityville Remake

I don\'t know if anyone knows yet but I just found out that MGM and Dimension are working together on a remake of the Amityville Horror. Good for them, the old one was just plain stupid.

Im guessing the new one will suck too. theyll remake horror till its not profitible anymore, just like they did with comic/superhero type stories, ie- spiderman, hulk, and daredevil

You are absolutely right. Spiderman was in no way profitable.

the old one was not stupid is was a very good movie it jsut required the watchers to think and payatttention without all the killing and blood splatter..the concept behind the amityville horror was indeed great

i love amityville...the first one is such a good movie......boring to some, but enjoyable to me....the acting is insane.

I think it was #2 or #3 that had that boy that was possessed in that house. I can\'t remember it very well but from what I saw it was pretty creepy. And it\'s even scarier knowing that what happened in Amityville 1 actually DID happen.
