Use a white or gray primer first so the paint sticks (spray on at least 3 coats). Let each coat dry for at least 30mins then use krylon almond or antique white spray paint as a base coat. Spray on at least 3 coats and dont hold the can of spray paint to close. After you put on the last coat of paint let it dry for at least an hour (I waited a day so the paint was fully dry) then rub on yellow oxide acrylic with either your finger, damp wash cloth, sponge etc to give it a yellowish tint then aply the red triangles. After that add black, dark grey and/or dark brown acrylic paint using the same method untill you get the desired look. Once thats done add a few coats of matte clear coat and let it dry and your done.

Sounds like a plan to me, if you don\'t own an airbrush.

True, this is the poor man\'s way of painting a hockey mask Rolleyes But seriously sometimes a mask can look too airbrushed like some DMC masks I\'ve seen. I\'d recommend painting on the triangles with an air brush so they come out nice and smooth.

All im saying is try stuff out, use your own brian!!! u see what it looks like in the pictures right? copy it!! hell go to the roots of how it looks!!! its dirty right? use dirt.....its burned? use some fire to brase it..... very simple think logicaly!!!!!!we cannot write the book on how to do it,, suggestions are a difrent story!!!! sorry to be so blunt but it seems people keep comming here for a manual on how things are done!!!!!! TRY STUFF OUT.....if it does not work ask us what should be done to correct it. asking such a broad question is just imo stupid..... "how do i make a jason costume..........." "how do i make a machette" c-mon! again no offence but some folks really need to think before they post. im more than happy to share my advice and tips but im not going to sit her and type out step by step...it is impossable. there are so many difrent ways to do difrent looks...... thats my point.
