Ebay Scam I Think?

Here is a e-mail that I recived from an eBay member today

hi, just thought you would like to check out this mask , think the ad looks familiar especially the table item # 320040421627 , Dave

Problem is that the seller from China used my title, Description and pic. Also the fact that he sold it for a buy it now that was somewhere around $100.00 US just lead\'s me to belive that he is running some sort of scam?

The funny part is that the guy who sent me the auction link is the guy that bought it from him. So Im not sure if he was saying that he thought I was the one running the scam or what? Anyway like I told him I can prove that I actually own the mask for auction. Something that I bet the seller from China can\'t do.

Anyway just wanted to see what you guy\'s thought and give you a heads up because I see he is also selling more Myers mask\'s.

You have to report it. It\'s a total scam. Ebay can\'t do anything in China and people are getting ripped. Don\'t worry about retaliation, he won\'t be on long enough for that.

dude i doubt this guy lives in china. Report Him it\'s a scam for sure, if u don\'t he\'s just gonna keep doing it to other people. <_<

Josh, as long as you\'re not stealing text or pictures from anyone, him reporting you wont amount to crap. As far as selling hockey masks and them being removed, someone owning rights and is a member of vero would be the only way an auction can be removed. Report his a$$. Just because he lives in china doesn\'t mean anything when it comes to removing an auction.

Hey guy\'s. After reading your posts I agree that he must be reported. I\'ve gotta go to work in a few and as soon as I get home I will contact eBay about him :thumbsup:
