Well, here it is, my all original 1984 GT Pro Performer BMX freestyle bike! This is what I gave up some of my masks for and have absolutely no regrets! I love this thing! This is the bike I always wanted when I was a kid. I recently rediscovered my love for old school BMX and was fortunate enough to come across this beauty and could not pass it up. You just don't find that many all original old school BMX bikes in this condition. It is truly amazing the condition this bike is in after 23 years! I bought it from the orignal owner who said he only rode this bike for 3 months back in 84 and then shelved it. It even still has the little spikes on the tires! The only thing I've done to this thing is cleaned up the mags and tires. Wow, you are officially the coolest kid on the block! <img src=\"http://forums.nightowlpro.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"smile.gif\" /> That is one hell of a sweet bike and just looking at that takes me back instantly. I always wanted a Pro Performer... I ended up getting a GT Vertigo which made me pretty cool for about a week...until my rich friend got his Pro Performer...I was so jealous!What kind of mags are those? GT? Or Skyway? Classic man...just classic!

Radical....brings back memories, my first BMX was a Diamond Back in 1981, I took it to school one day and the lock got cut and it was gone. Harry Larry, Stu Thompson...that's all, can't think of any more of my old BMX heroes.Then came the GT...god I loved it! I treasured my bikes. The GT sat up in my parents rafters for about 12 years(after riding it for about 4 yrs. ...I started skating..that's a whole another story of nostalgia). It was in excellent condition. My nephew was visiting and asked if he could take the bike home and ride it and you can guess what happened..stolen out of his garage. I can bet money I wold still have my GT. Remember those UNI seats...Damn! those were some uncomfortable seats. Anyway...thanks for posting pics..that's a sick bike.
