I knew someone that went. They said that it was very cool actually. A definite must if it comes by your neck of the woods.

I\'ve wanted to see this since I heard about it quite a while ago. Seems like an interesting place to spend an afternoon.

we went when it was in philadelphia, it was amazing, well worth the money. you can get right up to the bodies (not hidden behind glass or anything). hard to believe its real, they look like sculptures up close. that is until you see the existing eyelashes, facial hair, and tattoos on some of the people. then the realness really sets in. my friend almost knocked into one of the bodies, i thought he was gonna break it and was gonna owe a lot of money doh!!! i was like watch out man you almost took off that guys arm - eek! close call!

do not hesitate. i went three times. its absolutely amazing. you will get such a deep look at the human body is every aspect. i couldnt recommend it more. and yes, they are not behind glass - you can actually touch them, although youre not supposed to. there is a guy at the end that lets you hold a heart and brain. just the technique and skill that goes into creating these permentently presrved in plastic bodyies is amazing alone!AAA+++

I went last year with a friend in Toronto. Amazing....from an artists point of view, all I wanted to do was sit and draw, like an anatomy class, except the corpses are up and spry!Smile One thing I do remember....there were slices of a fat guy, showing the various layers he had accumulated over the years....these slices were plastinated of course but were just laying on a table. You know when you take laundry out of the machine toolate and its got that rank damp mildew smell......well every time I smell that, I see the sliced up fat guy in my minds eye.Pukesome. Amazing but pukesome.

Yes, DEFINITELY go!! I saw it in Berlin about 6 years ago (it was banned in the US at that time) and it was incredible. Like Dr Channard said, you can touch them...you\'re not supposed to, but they are right there in front of your face and you get a full 360 degree view of pretty much all of them. There is some crazy stuff there...some things a bit more disturbing than others, but all of it is well worth seeing. My only regret is not picking up a book on it...
