I don't feel RZ was right for a Halloween remake. His down 'n' dirty, gritty, gory style just (IMO) doesn't suit the Halloween theme. I'd love to see Rob do something TCM related perhaps a Chop Top movie. Moseley and RZ reviving or telling some story of Chops with Mosely tearing up the screen...I think it would be f'n killer. RZ's style would be perfect..................................Larry

I'd have to agree with you there, Rob Zombie's style of film would of been PERFECT in a TCM remake. I guess HO1C is the closet to that you'll get from him.

I thought Hooper's son had plans to do a feature involving Choptop and you can watch the preview on Youtube under "All American Massacre"...really trippy and would be kickass in Rob's hands.................................Larry

I'm a fan of both his films House and Rejects. House I did like more than Rejects more of a horror film. Haven't seen Halloween yet, but I see what your saying about his style. I was told he said he would never do a remake and was offered the TCM remake. And here we are he's done a remake. He also said on a late night talk show that dolls make horror characters less frighting. Dude, there is a doll of you out my wife has one. They marketed the crap out of all his films. I think he has a good eye for horror but, he can't write very well. All three of his films now are like a horror convention. Don't get me wrong I love the actors like Bill, Sid, and Danny but, enough is enough. Do they have to be in all his movies. The one that really needs to go is his wife. Anyway a Choptop film would be very cool.

A 12 year old horror fan can write better than him. He takes out good Dialog and replaces it with the F word every other word.
