Well I finally got around to actually trying to sculpture something other then a mini Hockey Mask. I didn\'t have one of those nifty \'heads\' that people sculpture on, so I cut a piece of 3/4 inch copper pipe so it would stand up, stuck a ball of aluminum foil on the end of it, and started playing with sculpy. I don\'t think he came out to bad for a first try. It\'s definetely harder to sculpture a person then a Hockey Mask, lol. The piece is pretty small, maybe about the size of a plum. It\'s sitting on an xbox game case if that gives you an idea of the size. I have no idea what scale it is. When I was done with him I thought he needed something extra, so I sculpted a (supposed to be) leather clad right hand and while the pieces were cooking in the oven I made a tiny part 4 armature for the hand out of copper and brass. I think it all looks pretty neat together personally, considering I really have no clue what I\'m doing, lol.
anyway, on with the pics, try not to laugh toooo hard, it IS a first try.
