I got a lifesize Mike Hill Batman resin bust that is damaged below the neck and the pieces are all there. There is not a lot of detail on the bust as most parts are smooth and they are mostly clean breaks.Has anyone here ever repaired a damaged resin bust or is it a waste of time?

Hi,I already repaired one. It's very easy. You can use epoxy resin and that strong glue that dries in seconds. And in the end foam filled the bust. It's not a waste of time.

Was this the one on eBay recently? I almost went after it.Freddydreams summed up repair pretty well. As long as you don't have a lot of tiny bits, you should be good to go.

Thanks for all the advice.I was going to attempt to glue it back together with epoxy and then once dry build the inside up with fibreglass. Then once eyes were installed foam fill it.I never thought that Mike Hills's Batman bust was so fragile and it really makes me wish that I held out for a Howard S Batman bust.Howard's busts are bulletproof with a high grade resin and the likeness is better.
