I'm working on customizing a glow in the dark plastic mask. But all the paint keeps peeling off. What is the best paint I can use on it? Thanks.

yeah give it a light sanding and then spray it like Tommy said and after that then clear coat it and it should peel off anymore . then do whatever weathering you want to do then finish it with another clear coat . mike,
