producers were probably saying, "hey, this is a good idea!" i personally like to think that this version of F13 was never made.. although it has one of the coolest looking jason voorhees in itmaybe it was put in to build anticipation for the future freddy vs. jason? (which didn't take place in hell) so i dunno lol

they teased the idea for a long time since New Line picked up the jasons and of course the freddy movies are also made by New Line that they were actually able to do something with the idea . in fact i know most here will know this but if you don't Dillion , that " freddy hand " was actually Kane Hodder who pulls down jasons hockey mask and Kane also has a very small par in the opening of the film too . he was one of the guards in that moruge place that get killed . he's the one with the beard that was standing up . movie wise it wasn't so great but damn jason looked awesome mike,

Yes Jason in this movie is freaking AWESOME! It's a shame that we barely see him...
