Thanks guys. Worst part about it is, I shaved my beard down to the ratty facial hair. In doing so I had to shave the split in the mustache and shave a bare spot for the sore on Jack's jawline...so after the party I had to shave completely...and it's taking forever to grow back. Couldn't leave it all patchy :yucky:
Also I have blue/green eyes and blond facial hair...so I dyed the hair and wore brown contacts.
I modified the cheap toy gun, and gave it a new paint job, along with the sword.
Next step is distressing the the coat and vest.

Nice costume! I have a Sparrow costume that needs some updating. Who is the maker of the coat?

The coat is from Yordreem. It's perfect...but I had to buy the buttons from another person and the wife sewed the on, all 48 of them! If you need that info I can get it for you.

Really nice job on your Jack Sparrow costume.

It is one of the hardest costumes to replicate because there are so many pieces that make up his costume.

It can easily cost a small fortune in the end.
