OK I decided to make another one of these for my 74 costume/life-sized and to use for reference with my Texas Chainsaw Massacre costumes. However this one will have SOUND! I was able to keep the wires intact, which usually all fall off as these chainsaws are a major pain to get apart and do not come apart all the way without breaking. They are a MAJOR paint to work on and modify. Made the blade a little shorter also but still pretty long. I am going to do a custom paint and make it yellow most likely instead of green as I like how blood looks on yellow. But it is cool that I was able to keep the sounds so far! Here is a video of the last Remake/Beginning one I did which was a commission. Best of all under 2 pounds! Light, realistic, durable, and 100% safe! Next up paint and blood!

    Current one in progress.

Blade sculpted and base-coated, and metallic coated on top. A major pain to do but always worth it in the end!

Painted blade more and added tape to the handles, almost ready for weathering and blood!
