OK, guys, I need to know EVERYTHING that will get me started in making masks. I don\'t need everything, just the stuff to get me started,, b/c i dont know everything and i would rather buy a custom kit than an already made one. thanls

The ultra cal and burlap are used to make the mold. You use the ultracal mixture and glue the burlap in multiple layers to form the mold.

How much latex from a gallon will actually be used in one mask?

you need at least 5 gallons, but you will use roughly 1/3 gallon to make the actual mask. I may be wrong about that amount though. keep in mind you need enough latex to fill the mold, but you will drain most of it out and be able to reuse it later.

Once again im not 100% sure on this, but i know theres people here that can correct me if im wrong.
