Ordered a Hockey Mask back in November of last year and still have\'nt got it!
Have a load of emails from them with alsorts of excuses saved on the pc, just wondering if anyone else is having problems or knows wtf is going on with them?!

I\'m still waiting on that lifisize Jason Part 7 torso and matching hockey he posted on here. I bought it right when he put it up for sell lol. I know it will get here though. He\'s a stand up guy. I\'ve known him since around 98/99 so I\'m pretty sure I can trust him.

Over on the F13 message board two other people who were having trouble with him said they received emails from Corpseguy ( the person who runs his web site ) that asked for their shipping address. So I guess he\'s starting to catch up.

oh great! does\'nt help when they keep on making up excuses and lying, you think they\'d stop taking orders or at least warn people they are going to take a year to make a mask.

as most of you will know i sell hockey masks myself and there\'s no way i would ever treat one of my customers the way i\'ve been, i\'ve asked for a refund but have\'nt got that yet either!

Well here\'s my story.... doesn\'t compare to your 10 month wait though.

The very first week of July, I contacted Emerson on the off chance he had an \'extra\' Defrosted mask lying around. He emailed back right away and told me, in fact, he did. It had a very basic paintjob and no hair so I got it for a decent price. He told me since the mask was already made, it would be shipped out as soon as my Paypal payment cleared into his bank account.

I went on vacation July 8 and emailed him around the 20th to check if he had sent it out. Again he emailed right back and said it was going out with a group shipment the next day. Well, that was the last time I\'ve had contact with him. I\'ve tried repeatedly to contact him but no response. I\'ve sent probably 7 or 8 emails...nothing. Now they just come back as "undeliverable".

It wasn\'t until after I paid that I started hearing some horror stories about Trioxin and the length of time people were waiting. Uh oh!

I contacted his partner, Joe, to ask for assistance. Joe was very nice and said he would try to contact Emerson to see what\'s up. For a while I hadn\'t heard from Joe either. Then yesterday, out of the blue, I get an email from Joe asking for my full name and shipping address. Things were looking up?

Basically he said they\'ve had some problems within the last year that set them back a lot and in turn, got a lot of people angry. He assured me my mask would be shipped out soon and I would get it before Halloween. We exchanged several emails yesterday alone, so I have a glimmer of hope. Now I wait.

I\'ve talked to a couple of people through this board (thanks RB and T-man) who also assured me that he\'s a stand-up guy...just not much of a business man. I have to trust their opinions as long time collectors and \'dealers\'.

Now before anyone comes bashing me about "hey, it\'s hasn\'t been that long a wait", I understand that. The only problem I have is a seller telling me an item will be shipped out on a specific date, and falling back on his word. I also know things come up and delays happen...that\'s totally understandable...more so if the mask still has to be made....not so much when it\'s sitting right beside him. But by now, I\'m getting used to makers not replying.

yeah man I got a problem with cyclonus as well...I ordered a cobra hood as a Christmas gift last year on Dec. 5th...still don\'t have it...not sure if I\'ll ever see it...

i keep getting \'will be shipped next week\' and \'shipped out last week\' i even went down to my local postal sorting office after i was told i\'d get it for christmas last year and after 3 weeks it had\'nt arrived to check to make sure it was\'nt there, when i emailed emerson to say i was worried he said it would ship in two weeks time! lie after lie!!
I also got the \'emerson does\'nt have the money to ship all the orders out\' line as well which pissed me off as you pay shipping when you order!
tried to report them to paypal but as so much time had passed they could not take up the complaint!!
