Anyone have a good idea of how to do the blood

Hey im workin on this part 4 mask for myself. and i was wondering if anyone has any good dieas on how to get that lumpy scaby look from the movie. not just painting blood on it. id like to get it to be raised up and texured. thanks

just get some dark red acrylic paint, and wash it on the area, then wipe it off with a wet rag. keep doing it over and over, then you can addd little lumps, and let it dry. I do mine with a small bristle brush and go crazy with it. Then when it dries seal it up!!!!

u use ben nye "mass casualty " blood powder mixed with a clear coat or just dab it on the area then coat it with clear sealer. its awesome color it looks just like real blood and drys crispy like real blood, kind of nasty but it works soooo well!!!!!
