What color was Freddy\'s fedora in part 1? I\'ve heard people say brown but in the part where Nancy wakes up with the hat it looks almost black to me.

haha, well.... when I watch part 1, the hat all together seems like a different style....liek, the brim isnt anywhere clsoe to being as big as in the rest of the films

i heard somewhere that it was like a shark-fin grey but dont quote me on that.

the hero was a deep gray, snap brim with ribbon and bow.

the stunt was a medium brown snap brim without ribbon and bow.

I know this is old, but when I see the hat in part 1, it\'s like a dark bluish grey-black sorta color...the only hat in the series with that color.

The hat Nancy pulls out of the dream is the stunt hat. That\'s why it was crushed and stuffed in a drawer.
