Mystery Trailer Shown Before Transformers

those of you who have seen Transformers have also seen this odd trailer shown right before it.i saw that there's talk about it in the Transformers thread, but i thought it would be cool to start a new thread exclusively on the trailer, since it seems to have generated quite a bit of buzz worldwide.for those who haven't seen it, it starts off with hand-held camcorder footage of a going-away party being thrown for somebody. a little bit in, the lights go out and some kind of roar is heard. they switch on the news and see a report about these mysterious roars.then, they head to roof (which is on a hill overlooking NYC) and see a massive explosion, and another roar. they go to the street just as buildings are being knocked down, another roar is heard, and the statue of liberty's head lands right in the middle of the street.all we know so far is that this is from J.J. Abrams (the producer of LOST) and that it is released on January 18, 2008. apparently, the film is under the working title "Cloverfield".so far the speculation has been narrowed down to 3 main possibilities as to what this movie is: Godzilla, a giant lion, or something else entirely.other theories include Voltron, Neon Genesis Evangelion, War of the Gargantuas, and my own postulate is that it might actually be the unseen creature from Lost.paramount is being very discreet about this project, and any copy of the trailer that shows up on the web is being immediately snatched down.here is the IMDb board for it:<a href=\"http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1060277/board/threads/\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1060277/board/threads/</a> and a bootleg of the trailer: <a href=\"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=luZzNPGSvWo\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=luZzNPGSvWo</a>so, in conclusion (and sorry for that novel i posted, haha), has anyone else seen this preview and care to comment on what you think it might be?

I think it is going to be pretty Damn big whatever it is!!!..with all of this Hype and speculation?..It better not suck...Voltron would be kick ass but why would voltron kill innocent people?.J.

In the film someone said "It's a Lion, It's Huge" or what sounded like it. Now if this is the case, we all know Voltron is merged by Lions to form Voltron. Some people have said the person in the film said "It's Alive, It's Huge" but after playing it several times my ears want to beleive it was the Lion part.Im a HUGE fan of Voltron, so i hope it is. Take into consideration also, that this was shown before the Transormers movie, so it was aimed to hype somehing simular to Tranformers...Jason

I just finished the puzzles on the EthanWasRight site. There are 5 in total. The hardest for me was the 4th and 5th. The others were fairly simple once you figured out what to do.
