i think Del Turo or however you spell his name will do a real nice job . but the only thing that will have me flat out hating this movie will be the amount of that crap CGI . i swear that's all they do these days and just ruin so many great movies and plus sooner or later it'll run all of the great and amazing fx artists that we all love to watch their work in movies . i understand like if you do a space movie or something that involves some sort of landscape that earth pretty much doesn't have but i feel that if you can actually make it or build it , then do it . mike,bottom line is i can't wait for this movie and also Anthony Hopkins is going to be great in that too

Benecio Del Toro is such a HUGE fan of the Wolf Man that I believe he is producing the film and the driving force behind it. I am sure Rick Baker and Benecio will not let to much CGI into the film since it is a classic remake and it should not be needed. Fingers crossed. Rick Baker has always said he would love to do another kick ass wolf transformation like in AAWIL. But make it a more modern version...with the perfect marriage of traditional effects and CGI. Although this probably wont be the film because it looks like Benicio is not turning into a full wolf...So maybe extreme CGI wont be necessary...Bring on the latex!

Thanks for the photos guys.I've been excited about the concept of this film for a long time,so now the talking is over and they're actually making the film,leaves me relieved and delighted.I think Del Toro is perfect for this,he is a consumate professional,and I've been thinking since they said that he was gonna do this film,he deffinitly bears a slight resemblance to Lon Chaney jnr.Don't woory too much about CGI,the people behind this project clearly want to pay homage to the original,CGI has no place in that and I'm sure they'll keep it to a minimum,if indeed they use it at all.We're talking about a wolf MAN here,too many contemporary werewolfs look too much animal,like giant wolves on hindlegs really.I prefer them with that human element,much more challenging for the people who have to design them anyway.I wonder when the film will be finished and it's release date scheduled?
