Don Post Phantom Of The Opera White Hair Vs Rare

Hey all -Up for sale is a rare Don Post Phantom of the Opera from the early 80's - its the second sculpt which in my opinion was more movie accurate than the original calendar version sculpt was. This mask is also known as the "white haired" phantom because it originally had - white hair! When i bought it originally the hair was falling out which was ok by me because i planned to scalp it. repaint it, and rehair it like the film (dark hair) but i never got around to it.So i am offering it either as is and the buyer can have whoever they want finish it up for them <u>OR</u> for an additional charge i will clean it up (get the glue off), repaint it, and rehair it for the buyer.The best thing about this mask is it was foam filled by Dante Renta and had custom latex eye inserts put in by Kelly Mann (The Mask Doctor). This mask is very hard to find, let alone one with foam filling and eye inserts. Most copies are thin castings with the eyes cut out and a slit up the back of the head for wearing. With a nice repaint, rehair this will make an amazing Phantom piece.
