Since I could not afford to spend the $300 plus for one of Mario's awesome black 7's, I decided to grab another Frightstuff blank and try my hand at an accurate 7 based on recent photos.I think it turned out pretty golly gee willikers cool for a few hours work, and only cost me about $30.Should look great with my upgraded suit!!I tried to add pits by hand but they did not come out quite the way i wanted. Not a big deal.I am quite happy with it.I was more concerned with getting the shape correct anyway.Figures that when I repainted my Neca VS I just bought I got pits immediately.lolol...Things never happen when you want them to do they?lol oh wellGotta get er strapped and it will be ready for the next show.I will post pics on my vengeance when it is all strapped up.Here goes,Hope ya like it , <img src=\"http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v465/wickedbeard/ultimate%207%20hock/ultimate7hock011.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v465/wickedbeard/ultimate%207%20hock/ultimate7hock013.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v465/wickedbeard/ultimate%207%20hock/ultimate7hock015.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v465/wickedbeard/ultimate%207%20hock/ultimate7hock016.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v465/wickedbeard/ultimate%207%20hock/ultimate7hock017.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v465/wickedbeard/ultimate%207%20hock/ultimate7hock020.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v465/wickedbeard/ultimate%207%20hock/ultimate7hock021.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />

Looks fantastic!! I am working on one too from my JDF blank!! You're right, now that pics surfaced that show the true look of one, it has changed the game! What did you use for the small bends and warps on the sides? When I try to heat up my masks, I have to be really careful because I sometimes get them too hot, or not hot enough to bend a detail that small!
Recommended NIGHTOWL guys who I have done business with:
