I don't know about the hockey mask, but that head looks to be an old production-used undermask or stunt dummy from Part 4, judging by the damage on the neck area...If you ever find more information on this photo or even more like it, please share it with us. That's very intriguing.Cheers,Ryan

the mask chevron pattern matches the dvd covers..

I've seen the picture before, but dont have any information on it. I do know, however, that the overall chevron placement is very close as to how the original Roy mask was designed. (i.e, part 6 triangle with the part 5 arrows)
