Were working on a movie slasher project and I want this knife to be the killer's and I want to know how I can make at least 2 replica's that we can use that are safe but effective in looking dangerous. Anything helps.

I bet James (jc_70) could make a couple replicas of that for ya. It'd be worth an ask.

I have no doubt in my mind that James can he's a genius with knife making. I'm trying to make 2 for cheap though. And I want to know the easiest way to do it and make almost as menacing as its real counterpart.

I'd say simply buy a sheet or two of styrene plastic (a hockey mask maker could probably hook you up), trace the blade, then dremel it out as precise as the possible. paint it up and you're good to go.

I'm sure if you email a hockey mask maker, he could sell ya a sheet for 15-20 bucks. Give Jeff (JDF) a shout, bro

With all the Halloween orders I've had this year, I have a ton (Really, it might be a ton  ) of ABS scrap. If you want to pay the shipping, I'd be happy to mail ya some pieces.
